Make semi hard dough mixing above mentioned ingredients like besan, oil, curds, salt, ajwain, saunf, soda, lalmirch powder, haldi & pepper powder.
Make cylindrical rolls. Boil in water for about 10 minutes. cool. Chop into thick pieces. Save water in which you have boiled gatttas to make gravy
For gravy: In a kadai put oil/ ghee. Add rai, hing, jeera & boiled gatta water. Add salt, haldi, lalmirch powder. Into this add 1 katori or less dahi/ thick curd. Stir continuously.
After some time put chopped pieces of gattas. Cover & cook for about five minutes. Garnish with fresh coriander leaves
