Ingredients Serving: 4

  1. Poha 2 cups
  2. Matar....1/2 cup (boiled)
  3. Tomato finely chopped 2
  4. Salt and green chillies to taste
  5. Mustard seeds....1/2 tea spoon
  6. Turmeric powder....1/4 tea spoon
  7. Oil ..... 1 tea spoon
  8. Green coriander or namkeen to garnish
  9. Lemon juice of one lemon

Instructions

  1. Heat oil in a pan, add mustard seeds, green chillies, let it cook for a while
  2. Rinse poha in a strainer under running water
  3. Add tomato and peas in the oil and saute on high flame for about 2 or 3 minutes.
  4. Add salt and turmeric powder
  5. Add strained poha and lemon juice and mix vigorously till done
  6. Garnish with coriander leaves or namkeen, i garnished with namkeen as had no coriander leaves
