Ingredients Serving: 3

  1. carrot, drumstick, brinjal, pumpkin, beans, snake gourd, yam, potato, cucumber , mango
  2. coconut
  3. curry leaves, shallots,
  4. coconut oil, mustard, salt
  5. green chilly, jeera

Instructions

  1. 1st cut the vegetables into thin slices
  2. then sauté veggies in coconut oil
  3. add salt
  4. then grind chilly without water and add to it
  5. sprinkle little bit water and close it with lid
  6. let it cook
  7. then grind jeera, curry Leaves, shallots without water and add to it
  8. then sprinkle some water and close
  9. then grind coconut, curry leaves, turmeric powder without water and add to it
  10. sprinkle water and close
  11. when all veggies are cooked sprinkle some coconut oil and switch off the stove
