Sindhis are well known for their food.this very famous sindhi dish koki is popular and loved in all sindhi household.you can take it while travelling also .generally koki is taken wd achaar or dahi or tea. It tastes best wd dahi.

Ingredients Serving: 2

  1. 1 katori gehu ka aata
  2. 2 table spoon oil while making dough
  3. 1 teaspoon jeera
  4. 1 teaspoon crusehd black pepper
  5. Salt to taste
  6. 2 tablespoon milk
  7. Oil fir making koki

Instructions

  1. First take big bowl add aata jeera black pepper 2 table spoon oil milk and salt mix well.
  2. It should b bind well.now adding water make tight dough.
  3. Cover it for 5 minutes.
  4. Divide dough in 4 parts.make a ball.
  5. Heat tawa and place every ball on tawa and cook until they get light brown marks.
  6. Now take one ball and make thick koki wd d help of rolling pin .Make small cut over koki wd knife.
  7. Place koki on hot tawa .Cook on slow flame . Apply oil both side and make crispy koki.
  8. Make all kokis like this .Njoy wd achaar.
