Ingredients Serving: 4

  1. 1small glass rice
  2. 3small size potatoes
  3. 2bay leaf
  4. 1clove
  5. 1small size cinnamon stick
  6. 1/4tea spoon cumin
  7. Salt as per taste
  8. 4tea spoon clarrified butter
  9. 2glass water
  10. 1/2cup green cutney
  11. Ingredients for chutney
  12. 1cup coriander leaves
  13. 1onion
  14. 4 pieces garlic
  15. 1small piece ginger
  16. 2green chilly
  17. 1tea spoon dry pomegranate seeds
  18. Some leaves of mint

Instructions

  1. Soak rice into water and keep aside
  2. Now we prepare chutney . Add all ingredients of chutny into a mixer jar and blend make a fine paste
  3. Cut potatoes into cube size
  4. Marinated potatoes with chutney and keep aside for 3to4mintues
  5. Take a pan heat it add clarrified butter
  6. Add cumin ,bay leaf ,clove and cinnamon and cook for 1mintue
  7. Add marinated chutney aloo and cook for 3to4mintues at medium flame
  8. Add soked rice and mix well . Add salt to taste
  9. Add 2glass water . Cover with lid and cook it take 10to15 mintues .
  10. Your spicy and tasty rice is ready to serve with curd and chuntney
  11. Tasty rice
