Ingredients Serving: 2

  1. Sprouted Moth beans 2bowl
  2. Onion chopped 1
  3. Red chilli powder 1tsp
  4. Garam masala 1tsp
  5. Turmeric powder 1tsp
  6. Ginger garlic paste 1tsp
  7. Lemon juice 1tsp
  8. Sugar 1/2tsp
  9. salt as per taste
  10. Oil 3tsp
  11. green corriander
  12. Grated dry coconut 2tsp
  13. Asafoetida 1tsp
  14. Dry red chili 2
  15. Cumin seeds 1tsp

Instructions

  1. First wash the sprouted moth beans and boil for 10 minutes till become soft
  2. Heat oil add cumin seeds let it splutter
  3. Now add asafoetida,add onion saute it for 2 minute
  4. Add ginger garlic paste saute it then add red chillies
  5. Add red chilli powder, turmeric powder,garam masala,salt and mix well.Now add cooked moth beans and mix well add lemon juice and sugar mix well
  6. Cover with lid n cook it for 5 minutes on low flame add grated coconut and green corriander
  7. It is ready to serv
  8. Ejoy moth beans usal
