Soak rice and urad dal in water separately for few hrs.
Grind them separately and mix together.
Add salt and water required for a thin batter.
Keep it covered for sometime
Now mix the rest ingredients to this.
Heat a kadai in medium flame.
Heat oil and add mustard seeds.
Once splutters, pour the batter to this.
Cover and let it cool.
Once the lower side is crisp and brown , turn the side carefully and let it cool from both the side
Once done from both sides, take it into a plate.
Cut desired shape and serve it warm.
