Take a pan corriander seeds, black pepper,red chilli,cloves,jeera n cardamom roast it in low flame until nice aroma coming , keep aside.
In same pan put oil n ghee let it heat now deep fry paneer until brown.
Take out paneer n in same pan fry onion n capsicum n red bell pepper for 4-5 min.
Now take out n in same pan put ginger garlic , onion saute for 2-3 min.
Now add tomatoes n cashew n let it cook until tomato Become soft.
Now let it mixture cool completely n grind it like smooth paste.
Take a pan add 1 tbsp ghee let it heat now add jeera let it crackle then add puree .
Cook it for 4-5 min now add kadhai masala,degi mirch,salt let it cook another 2 min.
Now add fried capsicum, onion n paneer n 1 tbsp corn.
Add cream n water n let it cook another 5 min.
Meanwhile grind it roasted masala n spread in curry off the flame n cover with lid.
After 5-6 min ready to serve
