  1. Sugar. 250/gm
  2. Wheat flour. 250/gm
  3. Ghee. 250/gm
  4. Mava ( khoya) 270gm
  5. Cardamom powder 1/4 tsp
  6. Pista , badam sajavat ke liye

Instructions

  1. Sab se pahle chashni ke liye ek kadai me chihi or pani dale chini se thik aadha pani lagega. Gass medium hit pe ubal aane de 8/12 min me chashni taiyar Ho jayegi.. Hame chashni aadhe tar ki hi bnani tak laddu soft bne ..
  2. Laddu ke liye... Ek kadai me ghee garam hone de.. Aata ghee me add kre or bhune aate ka colour sunhera hone de aata ache se shikh gya he ab mava ( khoya) dale or gass Band kr de or ache se hilaye taki koi lamps na rhe.. elaichi power add kre ...chashni normal temperature pe aane de or laddu ka aata bhi.. Ab chashni ko mix kre or halke hatho se laddu bnaye ..pistta badam se sajaye or sarve kre
