Ingredients Serving: 3

  1. Chicken leg pieces 6 nos.
  2. onion 1 medium
  3. Ginger garlic paste 1 tablespoon
  4. Cinnamon 1 stick
  5. Green cardamom 4 to 5
  6. Salt to taste
  7. Bay leaf 1
  8. Cashew and almond total 1/4 cup
  9. Poppy seed 1 tablespoon
  10. Sesame 1 tablespoon
  11. Oil and butter as per required
  12. Garam masala powder 1 teaspoon
  13. Green chilli 2
  14. Black pepper powder 2 tablespoons
  15. Grated coconut 1 cup
  16. Cream fresh 1 cup

Instructions

  1. Marinate chicken with salt and pepper
  2. Take a pan add water and boil these following ingredients like onion, ginger garlic paste, cinnamon, green cardamom, poppy seed, sesame, cashew and almond, coconut all together and little black pepper powder.
  3. Once it boiled then make fine paste with grinder
  4. Take pressure cooker heat it add oil and butter
  5. Add cinnamon stick, green cardamom, bay leaf and little ginger garlic paste and saute it
  6. Add white paste into it. Slightly cook white paste in oil and butter
  7. Once oil leaves around then add chicken and mix well
  8. Nice mix together. Now add salt and black pepper powder
  9. Add fresh cream 1 cup
  10. Mix well. Now cook 3 whistles in pressure cookers.keep liquid consistency
  11. After that mix and serve hot with roti
