Who doesn't love cakes ? Birthdays, anniversaries, get together, any celebration you just name it, one thing is common and that's cake. This recipe is for those who love 'Ghar ka cake' .. Baking cakes is no rocket science.

Ingredients Serving: 6

1 1/4 cup all purpose flour
100 grams butter
1/2 tin condensed milk
2 tbsp powdered sugar
1 tsp vanilla essence
1/2 cup Drinking Soda ( as required)

Instructions

Pre heat the cooker for 5-10 minutes in slow fame.
In a bowl mix all the dry ingredients.
Gently add soda to it as required. Mix untill well combined.
Grease a tin with butter and use butter paper so that cake doesn't stick to the tin.
Bake for 40 minutes, or until a toothpick or cake tester inserted in the center of the chocolate cake comes out clean.
Remove from the oven and allow to cool for about 10 minutes, remove from the pan and cool completely.
I used powered sugar for decorating.
