ABOUT Eggless vanilla cake RECIPE

Soft,spongy and perfectly sweet.

Ingredients Serving: 10

  1. 2 cups all-purpose flour/maida
  2. 1 cup =175 ml
  3. 1/2 cup oil
  4. One tin milkmaid= 400 g
  5. One tsp baking powder
  6. One tsp baking soda
  7. 1/2 cup Milk
  8. Vanilla essence Few drops

Instructions

  1. First mix milkmaid and oil in a pan. Switch on gas at low flame cook the mixture for 5 min. Keep on stirring constantly. Otherwise it will burn. I used 300 gm milkmaid as I like slightly less sweet cake.
  2. After 5 min they will be one
  3. In a bowl take flour ,to it add baking powder and soda. Mix well and seive twice.
  4. To it add milkmaid-oil mix.
  5. Adjust milk to get ribbon consistency mixture. Don't beat mixture just fold it.
  6. Take a grease tin . Dust some maida all around
  7. Pour batter.
  8. Preheat and bake at 200°C for 35- 40 min.
  9. Let it cool completely and enjoy
