ABOUT Savoury Nachni biscuits RECIPE

This is a healthy biscuit recipe which can be eaten with tea,milk or coffee.

Ingredients Serving: 10

  1. Nachni flour 3/4 cup
  2. Wheat flour 1/4 cup
  3. Butter 1/4 cup
  4. Salt 1 tsp
  5. Carom seeds 1 tsp(optional)
  6. Baking powder 1/4 tsp

Instructions

  1. Mix the flours,salt and carom seeds properly.
  2. Add soft butter and rub into the flour to form bread crumb like consistency.
  3. Add warm water and make dough.
  4. Cover and keep for 10 minutes.
  5. Roll a 1/2 inch thick roti and cut into desired shapes.
  6. Keep to bake in a preheated oven at 180 degrees for 15 to 18 minutes.
  7. And our yummy and healthy nachni biscuits will be ready.
