It is very healthy snacks.Jowerflour is the Indian name of sorghum,a cereal grain native to Africa. Jower is a gluten-free,high-protein,cholesterol-free source of a variety of essential nutrients,including dietary fiber,iron ,phosphourus and thiamine.

Ingredients Serving: 10

  1. Jowerflour....2 cup
  2. Salt...1/2 spoon
  3. Greenchilly paste...2 spoons
  4. Chopped Coriander leaves...1 cup
  5. Ginger powder.....1 spoon
  6. Chopped curry leaves...2 spoons
  7. Buttermilk....2 or 3 spoons
  8. Butter.....80 grams
  9. Sugar...1 spoon

Instructions

  1. Take all the above ingredients into a bowl and mix it until it becomes a smooth dough.
  2. Take the dough and make it into desired shape & place them on bakary tray.
  3. Preheat Microwave oven at 180° and bake them for 20 mins.
