Pholmakani seeds are mild taste..when add in the masala gravay curry it increases the taste mainly with butter8

Ingredients Serving: 6

  1. Pholmakhani 200 gms
  2. Butter 1/4 cup
  3. Onion paste half cup
  4. Tomato paste one cup
  5. Kasuri methi 1/4 tsp
  6. Daniya powder 1/2 tsp
  7. Jera powder 1/2 tsp
  8. Chilli powder 1 tsp
  9. Salt 1 tsp
  10. Kaju paste 1/4 cup
  11. Haldi pinch
  12. Fresh cream 1 tsp
  13. Garam masala 1/4 tsp
  14. Coriander half cup
  15. Garlic finely chopped 1 tsp

Instructions

  1. Heat the pan add butter once it melt add chopped garlic pieces
  2. Then add onion paste fri we'll it turns colour
  3. Add tomato paste cook till rawness left then add all spices powder s in a gravy
  4. Then add pholmakhani cook until pholmakhani binds the flavour
  5. Add coriander on curry ,finally add crushed Kasturi methi on to gravy it gives nice flavour
  6. Take out the serving plate garnish the fresh cream put butter on top
  7. Ready to serve
