Ingredients Serving: 4

  1. Poha 2 cup
  2. Peanut 2 tablespoons
  3. Sweetcorn boiled 1 tablespoons
  4. Carrot finally chopped 1 tablespoon
  5. green peas 1 tablespoon
  6. Tomato small chopped without seeds
  7. Onio 2 med chopped
  8. Garlic 6 cloves grated
  9. Ginger 1/2 inch grated
  10. Green chillies 2 chopped
  11. Coriander leaves 2 teaspoon
  12. Oil 2 tablespoons
  13. Black pepper crushed 1/4 teaspoon
  14. Chat masala 1/2 teaspoon
  15. Salt as per your taste
  16. Turmeric powder 1/4teaspoon
  17. curry leaves 6

Instructions

  1. Put the POHA in a sieve and place it over a bowl
  2. Pour sufficient water over it so that the POHA is well dampened
  3. Heat oil in a pan , add peanuts and stir them till they are nice brown.when it turns brown remove from pan.
  4. In same pan add mustard seeds and let it crackle ,add curry leaves garlic, ginger and saute for 2 min or till garlic turn brown
  5. Add onion , turmeric powder, salt and saute for one min
  6. Add all vegetables including corn ,saute well
  7. Add POHA and stir continuously then add peanuts and mix well
  8. Finally sprinkle chat masala and garnished with coriander leaves.
