Ingredients Serving: 2

  1. Milk - 1 cup
  2. Coconut milk - 1 cup
  3. Rose syrup - 2 tbsp
  4. Agar agar strands - 5 gms
  5. Sugar - 1 tbsp
  6. Chopped nuts 1/4 cup
  7. Crushed cardamom 1 tsp

Instructions

  1. Soak agar agar strands in water and leave for 20 mins.
  2. Heat milk and coconut milk. Add soaked agar agar and mix. Stir.
  3. Let it get a boil. Take off the heat and add sugar ,dry nuts and crushed cardamom and mix well. Leave to cool a bit.
  4. Then mix in the rose syrup.
  5. Strain and pour into moulds. Let it cool fully.
  6. Refrigerate for 2-3 hours. Enjoy chilled.
