Ingredients Serving: 10

  1. sabudana 1/2 kg
  2. zeera 1 tablespoon
  3. red chilli 10-12
  4. ginger 1 inch piece
  5. oil for frying
  6. salt

Instructions

  1. soak sabudana for 2 hours
  2. in a big pan add sabudana and 2 litre of water and bring it to boil
  3. make a coarse paste using zeera,red chilli and ginger
  4. when the sabudana bring to boil add this masala paste to it
  5. mix well..add salt ..if it is very thick u can add a little more water to make it flowing consistency
  6. take a plastic sheet and with the help of a laddle put one laddle each time on the sheet
  7. sun dry it for a day
  8. now flip the papads and again fry in sun for 4-5 days till completely dried and crisp
  9. heat sufficient oil in kadhai
  10. deep fry the papads and serve hot n crispy
