ABOUT Mango cake RECIPE

Simply mango cake decorated with whipped cream flavoured with mango!!!

Ingredients Serving: 6

  1. Whole wheat flour 180 gm
  2. Unsalted butter 100 gm
  3. Condensed milk 200 gm
  4. Mango puree 1 cup
  5. Sugar 3 tablespoon
  6. Vanilla essence 1 tsp
  7. For decorating
  8. Whip cream 2 cup
  9. Icing sugar 2 tbsp
  10. Mango puree
  11. Green colour
  12. Yellow colour

Instructions

  1. Seive whole wheat flour, baking powder and baking soda. Keep aside
  2. Blend smooth mango puree with sugar.
  3. Preheat oven for 180 degree for 15 minutes.
  4. Let the butter slightly melted.
  5. Then ad condensed milk to butter and whisk till fluffy.
  6. Ad smooth mango puree and vanilla essence.
  7. Mix well till smooth. And fold with light hand using spatula.
  8. Then ad half of flour mixture and fold again.
  9. Then add remaining flour mixture and mix well.
  10. Now pour batter into greased pan.
  11. Bake for 25 to 35 minutes at 180 degree.
  12. When done let it cool.
  13. Beat Whip cream till fluffy and add icing sugar.
  14. Ad yellow colour and green colour to whip cream separately.
  15. In yellow coloured whip cream ad 2 tbsp of mango puree.
  16. Mix well and decorate cake with making flowers and basket.
  17. Make leaves with green coloured whip cream.
  18. Serve to your loved ones!!
