Ingredients Serving: 4

  1. Chanadal 200 gm
  2. Gram flour 1 tbsp
  3. Curd 1 tbsp
  4. Water 1 cup
  5. Salt 1 tsp
  6. Baking soda 1/4 tsp
  7. Green chilly garlic paste 1 tsp
  8. Turmeric powder 1/2 tsp
  9. Hing 1/4 tsp
  10. oil 2 tbsp
  11. Red chilly powder 1/4 tsp
  12. Locho masala
  13. Roasted Cumin Powder 1/2 Tsp
  14. Roasted red chilly powder 1/2 tsp
  15. Black salt 1/2 tsp
  16. Red chilly powder
  17. For tempering
  18. Butter 2 tbsp
  19. Sev
  20. Sliced onions
  21. green chutney

Instructions

  1. Soak chanadal for 2 hours then grind to a fine paste with 1 cup of water.
  2. Now ad chanadal paste, besan and curd and oil.
  3. Mix well and let it fermented for 6 to 7 hours.
  4. When fermented ad baking soda,greenchilly garlic paste, turmeric powder ,hing and salt. And mix.
  5. Pour this batter into greased pan, sprinkle red chilly powder.
  6. steam in steamer for 12 minutes.
  7. Meanwhile mix all ingredients together for locho masala.
  8. When locho is done, take out in plate,
  9. Sprinkle locho masala, sliced onion, green chutney and butter.
  10. Serve hot
