Ingredients Serving: 4

  1. 1 cup wheat flour
  2. Salt as per taste
  3. Water for kneading dough
  4. Oil as per requirement
  5. 3 boiled potatoes
  6. 1/2 cup beetroot
  7. 2 onions
  8. 1/2 capsicum
  9. 2 cauliflower florets
  10. 1 carrot
  11. 1/4 spoon red chilli powder
  12. 1/4 spoon garam masala
  13. 1/4 spoon dry mango powder
  14. 4 cube cheese
  15. 4 small sized papad

Instructions

  1. Mix salt and water in wheat flour and knead a soft dough
  2. Peel and mash potatoes
  3. Finley chop all veggies in vegetable chopper except potatoes
  4. Squeeze excess water of chopped veggies and mix in mashed potatoes
  5. Mix salt and other spices in it
  6. Smear oil on both sides of papad and roast on a pan
  7. Devide the dough into 5 parts and stuff the stuffing inside it
  8. Roll into a thick paratha by rolling gently
  9. Roast from both sides by applying oil in a pan
  10. Put on a plate and cut upper layer in 8 parts like pizza
  11. Open upper layer like a sunflower
  12. Crush roasted papad on paratha and grate cheese over it
  13. Put some green chutney on paratha and serve with rayta and juice
