Ingredients Serving: 4

  1. For dough:- Refined flour 2 cups
  2. Chilled Butter 1 cup
  3. Salt 1/2 teaspoon
  4. Ice chilled water
  5. For stuffing: 2 onions finely chopped
  6. GREEN CHILLI 1 CHOPPED
  7. Sweet corn boiled 1/2 cup
  8. Red chilli powder :1/2 teaspoon
  9. Salt to taste
  10. Coriander powder 1 teaspoon
  11. Garam masala 1/2 teadpoon
  12. Turmeric powder 1/4 teaspoon
  13. Oil 1/2 teaspoon
  14. Boiled eggs halves 4
  15. Mixed herbs for garnishing

Instructions

  1. Take a mixer jar add flour and chilled butter and blend for 2 minutes.
  2. Take out the butter mixed flour in a big bowl. Make a well in centre and add water. Mix with spoon . Then knead the dough with soft hands, dough should be not so soft. Refrigrate it for 30 minutes
  3. Meanwhile prepare the stuffing, heat 1/2 tablespoon of oil in a pan, add chopped onions and green chillies , saute till translucent, add all the dry spices and sweet corn.
  4. Take out the dough from fridge. Take half portion , roll out the dough in big chapati. Apply some butter and flour , fold. Like puff pastry sheet And refrigerate again for 20 mins.
  5. Keep it out, roll out the dough , cut the sheet in squares, add stuffing and a egg half.
  6. Wrap it by pulling all the corners in centre. Brush it with milk or egg white. Microwave it in preheated oven fir 20 minute at 180*c.
  7. When baking is done, Sprinkle some mixed herbs , serve hot with choice of dip or mayo.
