ABOUT Chanadal dryfruit samosa RECIPE

This one of my family favourite snack that I use to make at eve!

Ingredients Serving: 5

  1. boiled chana dal half cup
  2. boiled green peas half cup
  3. finely chopped onion 1
  4. dry grated coconut 1 tablespoon
  5. tutti frutti 1 tablespoon
  6. seasame seed one teaspoon
  7. crushed cashew 2 tsp
  8. Raisins 2 tsp
  9. Curry leaves 5
  10. Green chilly paste 1 tsp
  11. Salt 1tsp
  12. Sugar 1/2 tsp
  13. Oil 1 tsp
  14. Samosa Patti 12

Instructions

  1. Heat oil in non stick pan , saute curry leaves, sesame seeds and chopped onion.
  2. Ad green chilly paste, grated coconut, nuts.
  3. Cook on high flame with continued stirring.
  4. Ad boiled peas, chanadal and cook for few minutes.
  5. Switch off the flame and let it cool.
  6. Take one samosa Patti and fill stuffing as needed
  7. Fold and make all samosas like this.
  8. Deep fry in hot oil till crisp.
