ABOUT Capsicum chanadall - With mint leaves RECIPE

Delicious Gujarati dish. Twisted with mint leaves and used capsicum instead of bottleguard.

Ingredients Serving: 4

  1. Chanadal - 1 1/2bowl
  2. Capsicum - 2
  3. Tomato - 1
  4. Onion - 1
  5. Jeera
  6. Oil
  7. Salt
  8. ChillI
  9. Coriander
  10. Turmeric Powder - 1 teaspoon
  11. Mint leaves

Instructions

  1. Boil chana dal after adding salt and turmeric.
  2. Take oil in a pan, add jeera and hing. Saute onion, tomato and capsicum. Add salt and turmeric, now add chilli powder and coriander powder, (sugar optional) mix properly and add 5-6 mint leaves.
  3. Serve hot with roti, paratha or rice.
