Ingredients Serving: 2

  1. 2 cups besan
  2. 1 potato, sliced
  3. 1 cup cauliflower florets
  4. 1/2 cup methi leaves
  5. 1/2 cup boiled corns
  6. 1/2 cup chopped onion
  7. 2 tsp red chili powder
  8. 1 tsp turmeric powder
  9. 1 tsp carom seeds
  10. Water as required
  11. Oil for frying

Instructions

  1. Make a smooth thicck batter by mixing half the quantity of besan and dry spices
  2. Dip the potato slices in the batter and deep fry over medium flame until golden brown and crisp
  3. Dip cauliflower florets in the batter and deep fry over medium flame until golden brown and crisp
  4. Now in a separate bowl, mix the finely chopped methi leaves and half of the remaining dry spices ,besan and form smooth thick batter
  5. Drop spoonfuls of batter in hot oil. Deep fry the methi bhajjis over medium heat until golden brown
  6. In another bowl add the semi crushed boiled corn , onions , besan and dry spices to form smooth thick batter
  7. Deep fry over medium flame until golden brown
  8. 4 varieties of bhajjis are ready. Serve hot
