Ingredients Serving: 4

  1. Cauliflower florets -1 cup
  2. Oats -1/4 cup
  3. Maida -2 tablespoon
  4. Cornflour-2 tablespoon
  5. Salt to taste
  6. Chilli powder-3/4 teaspoon
  7. Pepper powder-1/2 teaspoon
  8. Garam masala powder-1/2 teaspoon
  9. Oil for shallow frying

Instructions

  1. Clean the cauliflower florets and keep them immersed in hot water for 5 minutes and then drain
  2. In a vessel mix all the ingredients except cauliflower and oil with little water into smooth paste
  3. Now dip the cauliflower florets one by one in this mixture and shallow fry in oil until golden brown.
