Ingredients Serving: 2

  1. Spinach- 1 bunch
  2. Baby corn 1/2 bowl
  3. Onion 1/2
  4. Garlic 3 cloves
  5. Ginger
  6. salt as per taste
  7. Milk
  8. Cumin seeds 1/2tea spoon
  9. Cumin powder 1/2 tea spoon

Instructions

  1. First wash the Spinach.
  2. Make some water boil and add the spinach into the boiling water. Leave it for 2/3mins.
  3. After that make a smooth paste of Onion, Garlic, Ginger and spinach.
  4. Now put a kadhai on gas and add some oil into the kadhai.
  5. Add some cumin seeds in the oil and make it crackle.
  6. Now pour the entire paste in the kadhai-add salt and cumin powder and all the baby corns.
  7. When the paste leaves some oil, you can add little water in the mixture.
  8. When the baby corns turn soft add some milk in the mixture and mix it very well.
  9. Finally your dish is ready.
