A healthy combination of sweet corn and palak cooked in less oil.
I like the flavours of corn and palak together
Wash and chop the palak. Then chop the tomatoes, green chilli and onion as well. Add these ingredients to a pressure cooker, then add salt to taste and the turmeric powder. First whistle on high, then simmer and cook till 1 more whistle blows.
Once cooked, open the cooker after cooling. Blend the palak mixture to a puree.
Take a deep pan, add oil to it. Once the oil heats, add in the ginger-garlic paste and saute till the raw smell goes away. Then add in the red chilli powder and garam masala. Saute and add in the corn kernels.
Saute for a minute. Next add in the palak puree and salt to taste. Saute for another minute, add in cream and mix it well.
Serve hot with a garnish of cream.
