Ingredients Serving: 6

  1. Potato 3
  2. Green chilly paste 1 tsp
  3. Turmeric powder 1/2 tsp
  4. Red chilly powder 1/2 tsp
  5. Roasted Cumin Powder 1/2 Tsp
  6. Coriander powder 1/2 tsp
  7. Garam masala powder 1/4 tsp
  8. musturd seed 1 tsp
  9. Oil 2 tsp+ for frying
  10. For batter
  11. Gram flour 2 cup
  12. Turmeric powder 1 tsp
  13. Red chilly powder 1 tsp
  14. Salt 1 tsp or to taste

Instructions

  1. In a pressure cooker boil potatoes till 4 pressure.
  2. When done, remove skin and mash potatoes with masher.
  3. In a non stick pan crackle rai, then ad green chilly paste.
  4. Saute for few seconds, now ad all spices, salt.
  5. Ad mashed potatoes and mix well.
  6. Remove from heat and Keep aside.
  7. When cool make small round shaped balls.
  8. In a bowl ad gram flour, salt, red chilly powder and turmeric powder.
  9. Mix well and make pouring consistency batter using sufficient water.
  10. Dip balls in batter and fry in hot oil till golden colour appear.
  11. Serve with ketchup.
