ABOUT Mango Cake RECIPE

A yummy and a very tasty cake recipe for mango lovers.

Ingredients Serving: 10

  1. Maida 1 cup
  2. Sugar powder 3/4 cup
  3. Butter 80 grams
  4. Baking powder 1/2 TBS
  5. Eggs 2 no.
  6. Frooty 1/2 cup
  7. Mango essence 1 tsp
  8. Red Cherris for decoration
  9. Whipped cream 1 +1/2 cup
  10. Mango puree 1/2 cup

Instructions

  1. Sieve maida and baking powder three times in a bowl.
  2. Whisk sugar and butter till light and fluffy.
  3. Add eggs one by one.
  4. Now add Mango essence and frooty in the cake batter.
  5. Add maida mixture in 3-4 portion and mix well with cut and fold method.
  6. Bake it for 30 to 35 minutes in preheated oven at 180 degree temperature.
  7. After cooling the cake cut it in 3 to 4 layers.
  8. Now take a layers soak it with frooty or sugar syrup and apply whip cream.
  9. Repeat the same procedure for all the next layers.
  10. Now cover the full cake with cream.
  11. Pour the fresh mango puree over the cake and design your cake with desired nozzal designs.
  12. Decorate it with red cherries.
