Vada made with udad dal and soaked in curd and spices
Soak both pulses for 2 hours
Strain excess water and grind into a thick batter
Add 2 spoon water if required
Take out in a bowl and mix salt
Whisk for 5 minutes
Heat oil in a wok
Put the batter in medu vada maker and make vada in oil
Deep fry till golden brown
Put vadas in lukewarm water for 15 minutes
Whisk curd and mix black salt,sugar and chat masala
Heat oil and add mustard seeds and curry leaves
Pour into the curd
Squeeze vadas and soak in curd for 30 minutes
Keep in fridge
Before serving take out in plates and garnish with cashew, raisins and both sauce
Serve cold dahi vada
