Ingredients Serving: 4

  1. Hung curd 1 cup
  2. Mango puree 1 cup
  3. Milk 1/2 cup
  4. Condensed milk 1 cup
  5. Cherry and pistachios for garnishing

Instructions

  1. First make the mango puree.
  2. In a bowl pour the mango puree,hung curd ,milk,condensed milk and mix it well.
  3. If required add sugar.
  4. Transfer it to small moulds.
  5. In a pressure cooker add water and place the moulds above it with the help of a stand.
  6. Put the lid on and steam it for 20-25 minutes.Cool and chill in a refrigerator.
  7. After 25 minutes take it out of the refrigerator and dimould it.Garnish it with cherry and pistachios.
