Ingredients Serving: 1

  1. 1 cucumber
  2. 1/2 cup curd
  3. 1 cup gram flour
  4. 1 tsp sesame seeds
  5. 1 tsp green chilly chopped
  6. 1 tsp turmeric
  7. Salt
  8. 1/2 tsp cumin powder
  9. 1 tsp coriander leaves
  10. 1/2 tsp ginger garlic paste

Instructions

  1. Grate cucumber and mix all the ingredients into it. If required add some water.
  2. Heat oil in a pan. Apply some oil on palm and add some mixture on tawa and spread it using wet hands to make a perfect round thalipith
  3. Sprinkle some sesame seeds on top and flip it over.
  4. Serve hot with chilled curd raita.
