Ingredients Serving: 4

  1. 1 cup chopped or grated cucumber.
  2. 2 cup whisked chilled curd.
  3. 1/4 cup mint leaves.
  4. 1/2 tsp roasted cumin seeds powder.
  5. Salt to taste.
  6. 1/4 cup Roasted and crushed peanuts (optional)

Instructions

  1. Combine all the ingredients in a bowl . Mix it well.
  2. Garnish with freshly chopped mint leaves.
  3. Roasted peanuts add crunchy taste to the chilled refreshing cucumber curd...my favourite ingredient in this raita. You can skip this also.
