ABOUT Cucumber Raita RECIPE

Cucumber raita is a variation of raita that can be used as a dip or as salad. It is made by mixing together freshly chopped cucumber, green chillies and curd or yogurt and optionally finely chopped tomato and onion.

Ingredients Serving: 2

  1. Curd 2 cups
  2. Cucumber 2 cups
  3. Salt 1 tablespoon
  4. Red pepper 1/2 teaspoon
  5. Water 1/2 cup
  6. Black pepper crushed 1/2 teaspoon

Instructions

  1. Take a bowl and add curd into it, now with a whisker whisk it and add water and then whisk again.
  2. Now add grated cucumber and mix.
  3. Now add salt, red pepper, black pepper crushed. Raita is ready.
