ABOUT 7 Cup Burfi RECIPE

This burfi has a nice aroma and delicious.

Ingredients Serving: 10

  1. 1 cup Gram Flour
  2. 1 cup grated coconut with skin removed
  3. 1 cup ghee
  4. 1 cup milk
  5. 1 cup ground cashew
  6. 2 cups sugar
  7. 1/2 tesp cardamom powder

Instructions

  1. Dry roast gram flour in a non stick pan on low flame
  2. Stir till you get a nice aroma, don't let it brown
  3. Remove pan add sugar and mix well ,make sure there is no lumps
  4. Add coconut,cashew and milk mix well place back on low flame
  5. Add ghee little by little and stir continuously
  6. It will thicken now add cardamom powder and continue stiring,till it leaves the sides of the pan
  7. It will gradually turn to a lump with pores on top
  8. Remove pour on a greased plate flatten it quickly, and slice them.
  9. Yummy 7 cup burfi is ready.
