Ingredients Serving: 5

  1. dohi/curd 1.5 cups
  2. Paneer 300 gms
  3. Onion 2 ta choto
  4. White oil 1.5 tbsp
  5. Pancphoron 1 tsp
  6. Ginger Paste 1 Tsp
  7. Green Chili 3
  8. Turmeric powder 1 tsp
  9. Red chilli powder 1 tsp
  10. Dhania+cumin powder 2 tsp
  11. Gorom masala powder 1 tsp
  12. Sugar 3 tsp
  13. Salt as per required
  14. Water as per needed

Instructions

  1. First cut the into cube size and keep the paneer in warm water for 15 minutes
  2. Make a paste curd paste with water
  3. Heat the pan and add the panchphoron
  4. Add ginger paste+slit green chilli
  5. Then add slice onion and fry
  6. After well fry of onion, add red chilli powder +turmeric powder+dhania+cumin powder
  7. Fry the spices with little water
  8. Add garam masala powder
  9. Add curd
  10. Boil
  11. Add water as required
  12. Add paneer+sugar
  13. Simmer the gas for some time
  14. Then switch off the flame and serve hot with gravy
