ABOUT Pahadi kheere ka rayta RECIPE

This is typical uttrakhand recipe made up of curd, it's very easy to make and very good for health in summers!!

Ingredients Serving: 1

  1. Curd 1 cup
  2. Cucumber 1
  3. Chopped coriander leaves 1 tbsp
  4. Green chilly 2
  5. Yellow mustard 1/4 tsp
  6. Turmeric 1/8 tsp
  7. Salt as needed

Instructions

  1. Dry roast mustard seeds and make fine paste of it.
  2. Corsly grind coriander leaves and green chilly.
  3. Peel and grate cucumber.
  4. Whip the curd and add yellow mustard paste, chilly coriander paste, turmeric powder and salt.
  5. Now ad grated cucumber and mix well.
  6. Refrigerate for half hour and serve.
