Ingredients Serving: 4

  1. Suji [semolina] 1cup
  2. Water..2cups
  3. Sugar..2tsp
  4. As taste salt
  5. Green chillichop.1
  6. Chana dal..1tsp
  7. Urad dal..1tsp
  8. Moong dal..1tsp
  9. Curry leaves chop..4
  10. Pure ghee..4tsp
  11. Mustard seeds..1tsp
  12. Raisin..2tsp
  13. Whole cashews..2

Instructions

  1. Take a nonstick pan add ghee, then ghee hot add mustard seeds,and dal till golden brown.
  2. Then add suji mix well ,suji till pinkish color then add all ingredients and water mix well.
  3. Then make a halwa consistency then gas off.
  4. Then upma in plate garnish with whole cashews.
  5. Then serve hot.
