This is a very tasty and quick recipe if you are running short of onion and tomatoes at home..This gravy has only curd which gives a unique taste to the gravy. Daalwada can be made or bought readymade too and can be just added to the gravy with hot phulkas..

Soak daal and strain water
Grind coarsely
Add onion chilli and masalaa
Apply a lil oil on palm and flatten the wadas and deep fry till golden brown.
Take curd and add all masalas with a little besan in it except salt
Take pan/ Kadahi and add ghee/oil
Add jeera/ mustard and hing
Add whisked curd with masalas
Saute till oil comes out
Add water or butter milk to adjust consistency
Lastly add salt
Break daalwada into small pieces and add into this curd gravy.
Daalwade in curd gravy is ready..Garnish with coriander and serve with roti.
