ABOUT No bake hung curd cake RECIPE

This is a delicious desert , which is ,ade with hung curd. A guilt free and healthy desert for all occasions.

Ingredients Serving: 10

  1. * Hung curd....500gm
  2. * Cream....300gm
  3. * Milk....250ml
  4. * Sugar....1/2 cup
  5. * Gelatin....2 tsp full
  6. * Butter....80gm
  7. * Digestive biscuits...280gm
  8. * Pista....20 to 25

Instructions

  1. Grease a cake tin or mould which has a detachable base.
  2. Now grind the digestive biscuits and add the melted butter to them. mix well.
  3. Now transfer this mixture into the mould, set it well.
  4. Now take a pan and add hung curd, cream ground sugar and mix well.
  5. Now divide it into 2 parts...
  6. Now take half milk in a pot and hot it....when it becomes medium hot then add one tsp full gelatin and mix well till gelatin completely mix in milk....
  7. Now take one part of hung curd mixture and add gelatin mixture and mix well....
  8. Now pour in the mould upon the set biscuit base....now put in the freezer for one hour...this is 2nd layer...
  9. After one hour take out mould from the frizz and now crush boondi laddu in the mould and set with a spoon...this is 3rd layer
  10. Now make 4th layer as same as 2nd layer with leftover ingredients and pour in the mould upon the boondi laddu layer and chopped pista and garnish it...
  11. Now again put in the freezer for 2 to 3 hours......
  12. Now it is ready to eat..
