Ingredients Serving: 3

  1. FOR PLAIN CHAACH
  2. 1 cup curd
  3. 1/4 tsp jeera powder [cumin powder]
  4. 1/4 tsp kala namak [black salt]
  5. FOR MINT CHAACH
  6. 1 cup curd
  7. 1/4 cup mint leaves
  8. Half green chilly
  9. Salt to taste
  10. FOR TOMATO CHAACH
  11. 1 cup curd
  12. 1 chopped tomato
  13. Salt to taste

Instructions

  1. FOR PLAIN CHAACH
  2. In a mixer jar put together curd and kala namak
  3. Grind it nicely and take it out in a glass
  4. Sprinkle some jeera powder on top
  5. FOR MINT CHAACH
  6. In a mixer jar first grind together mint leaves , green chilly and salt
  7. The mixture should be smooth
  8. Then add curd to this mixture and again blend them
  9. When the mixture becomes smooth then take it out in a glass
  10. Garnish with mint leaves
  11. FOR TOMATO CHAACH
  12. In a mixer grinder grind together tomato and salt , into a smooth paste
  13. Now add curd to this mixture and again grind them
  14. When the mixture becomes smooth then take it out in a glass
  15. Garnish with a tomato slice
