This is a very quick and easy recipe of a side dish, to be served with roti or even rice on the side.

Ingredients Serving: 2

  1. 1 cup besan [gram flour]
  2. Salt to taste
  3. Water as need
  4. Pinch hing
  5. 1/2 sp cumin seeds
  6. 1/4 red chilly
  7. 1/4 gram masala
  8. 1/2 sp Coriander powder
  9. 1/2 cup curd
  10. Coriander leaves

Instructions

  1. First take a bowl add besan salt ,water. Whisk to make a thick batter. Keep aside. Heat some oil and drop some dumplings and make pakoris out of the batter.
  2. Then heat a pan with some oil. Add hing , jeera , followed by the spices .
  3. Add water and let this come to boil.
  4. Add curd and salt into the pan, let this simmer for couple of minutes.
  5. Then add the fried pakoras, mix well. Garnish with coriander leaves and serve hot.
