Dahi kebabs are not so common recipe.We can try it once in a while.Tasty and tangy kebabs .

Ingredients Serving: 4

  1. Curd 1kg After hanging 300 gms
  2. Bread crumbs 1 cup
  3. Paneer 1/2 cup grated
  4. Capsicum 1/2chopped very fine
  5. Grated carrot 1
  6. Salt to taste
  7. Chaat masala 1 tsp
  8. Roasted jeera powder 1 tsp
  9. Coriander chopped fine 1 tbsp
  10. Green chillies 2 finely chopped
  11. Garlic paste 1 tsp
  12. Red chilli powder 1/2 tsp
  13. Garam masala 1/4 tsp
  14. Oil to fry kebabs 1/2 cup

Instructions

  1. Hang curd for four hours in a muslin cloth.
  2. Take out hung curd in a bowl.
  3. Add all the ingredients one by one except oil.
  4. Add bread crumbs and make a dough.
  5. Divide this dough in equal sized balls. You should smear your hands with all purpose flour to avoid stickyness.
  6. Put and heat oil in a non stick pan.
  7. Shallow fry 4 or 5 kebabs at a time.
  8. Flip them twice .When they turn brownish in colour take them out in a serving plate.
  9. Serve curd kebabs hot with mint chutney
