ABOUT Dahi and Til ke Seek Kebabs RECIPE

since Navratri fasts are going on have made these so that we can have during fasts too. Have used Singhade ka atta for binding.

Ingredients Serving: 4

  1. 1 cup Thick hung curds
  2. 4 tsp singhara atta
  3. 1/2 tsp bhuna jeera powder
  4. 2 tsp white til +1 tsp
  5. 3 tsp coriander and pudhina chutney ( thick paste)
  6. Salt
  7. 1 tsp lemon Juice
  8. 3 tsp oil to grill the kebabs

Instructions

  1. 1. Mix all the above ingredients except the oil and a tsp of til.
  2. 2. Now oil your hands and take one portion of the dough and give it a cylindrical shape.
  3. 3. Insert skewers in them and shape them like seekh kebabs. Roll them on the sesame seeds.
  4. 4. Heat a griddle and use oil .
  5. 5. Place the kebabs on the griddle and cook them for 2-3 mins on each side on medium flame.
  6. 6. Serve with your favorite condiments and enjoy right away..
