ABOUT strawberry baked yoghurt RECIPE

a delicious baked yoghurt dessert made with fresh strawberries

Ingredients Serving: 3

hung curd 1/4 cup
fresh cream 1/4 cup
condensed milk 1/4 cup
fresh strawberry puree 6 tbsp
vanilla extract (this is optional) 1/4 teaspoon
sugar 1 teaspoon

Instructions

whisk the hung curd and the sugar to form a smooth paste
now whisk in the condensed milk vanilla extract and cream into the above
finally fold in the strawberry puree into the mixture and pour it into ramekins
but the ramekins in a bain-marie or a tree filled with hot water
Place this in a preheated oven at 180 degrees Celsius and bake this for 20 minutes. now chill and serve cold
