ABOUT Baked Yoghurt Cheesecake RECIPE

Baked yoghurt cheesecake is an easy and quick dessert that can be made with just 4 ingredients. Drizzle it with caramel sauce and serve it chilled.

Ingredients Serving: 4

  1. 3/4 cup condensed milk
  2. 1 cup full fat yoghurt
  3. 1 tbsp cornflour
  4. 1 tsp vanilla essence
  5. CARAMEL SAUCE
  6. 1/2 cup granulated sugar
  7. 2 tbsp water
  8. 1/3 cup whipping cream
  9. 1 tbsp butter

Instructions

  1. Caramel sauce Add sugar to heavy bottom pan then add water.
  2. cook until the sugar dissolves and turns clear then turns into amber colour
  3. Turn the heat off and immediately add the heavy cream add butter and stir everything together until the caramel smoothes... Allow it to cool
  4. To make cheesecake pre heat the oven for 5 minutes @180°c
  5. In a bowl mix together thick yoghurt , condensed milk and vanilla essence until smooth
  6. Then add cornflour and mix well..
  7. pour in the greased ramekins and bake for 8 minutes@180°c or gently firm on top.
  8. when baked allow to cool and serve with caramel sauce.
