ABOUT Baked yoghurt RECIPE

A simple and easy recipe using only three main ingredient

Ingredients Serving: 4

  1. Hung curd 1cup
  2. Heavy cream 1cup
  3. Condensed milk 1cup
  4. Vanilla extract 1tsp

Instructions

  1. Mix together all the ingredients well so that no lumps remain
  2. Preheat the oven to 180 degrees
  3. Pour the mixture into ramakin moulds
  4. Keep the moulds in a deep baking tray
  5. Add water in the tray so that the moulds are immersed half way
  6. Bake at 180 degrees centigrade for 20 min
  7. Cool for 1-2hrs
