Succullent paneer pieces cooked in tangy creamy gravy.A light saute of butter to onion tomatoes with spices of lovely aroma.add a little tandoori color to give resturant style touch.Enjoy with Naan parantha.

Ingredients Serving: 2

  1. hundred grams paneer
  2. 1 Large onion
  3. 1. Large tomato
  4. 1 tbsp butter
  5. 1 tbsp ginger garlic paste
  6. Salt to taste
  7. one teaspoon red chilli Kashmiri powder
  8. one teaspoon dhania powder
  9. one teaspoon jeera powder
  10. A Pinch of kasuri Methi
  11. Half teaspoon Garam Masala
  12. 1 tablespoon fresh cream
  13. one fourth teaspoon food colour
  14. 1 tbsp tomato ketchup
  15. 2 tbsp butter
  16. 1 tablespoon oil
  17. Corrinder to garnish

Instructions

  1. Cut paneer pieces into squares
  2. chop onion fine
  3. Puree tomatoes
  4. heat ghee in a pan saute onions
  5. add tomato puree to Saute onions
  6. Add spices now
  7. grind to a paste the above as it cools
  8. add butter to a pan
  9. Now add the onion tomato paste
  10. add paneer pieces
  11. add A Pinch of food colour
  12. mix lightly well
  13. Simmer for 5 minutes
  14. remove in a serving bowl and top with some cream
