This is perfect for iftari, delicious snacks made with veggies.

Ingredients Serving: 2

  1. 4 boiled and mashed potato
  2. 1 finely chopped capsicum
  3. 1 onion finely chopped
  4. 2 green chilli chopped
  5. 1/2 cup boil green pea.
  6. 1 carrot grated
  7. 1 spoon grated ginger n garlic
  8. 2 spoon cournflour
  9. 1 cup bread crumbs
  10. Salt as per taste
  11. 1/2 spoon red chilli powder
  12. 1/2 spoon coriander powder
  13. 1/2 spoon chat masala
  14. 2 spoon chopped coriander leaves
  15. Oil for frying

Instructions

  1. In a big bowl take all ingredients except oil and bread crumbs
  2. Mix all ingredients well and make a shape of kabab.
  3. Coated with bread crumbs.
  4. Heat oil and deep fry these kabab in medium flame until turn golden brown.
  5. Serve hot with sause or chutney as you wish.
